Qualifications

• Reading floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Experience with BIM360, Bluebeam, Excel, Outlook, Navisworks, and Revit.
• Competency modeling from 2D to 3D.
• Associate degree preferred in CAD or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates 3D BIM models for design-construction workflows.
• Produces fabrication drawings and field installation details.
• Mentors VDC team and participates in coordination meetings.
• Ensures BIM health and adherence to standards.
