Southland Industries is seeking a VDC Specialist to support projects with BIM/VDC expertise, coordinating models and data to align with company standards. You will work closely with VDC Project Leads, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.

The role offers growth opportunities, training, and a path to senior responsibilities within Virtual Design and Construction. Final title and compensation will be determined during interview.

Qualifications

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with quick learning ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication across disciplines.
• Working knowledge of BIM and VDC tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support VDC efforts on projects with technical execution and coordination.
• Lead or assist with model setup, sheet management, and submission preparation.
• Document workflows and support VDC software like Revit and Navisworks.
