Job summary

Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a VDC Specialist to perform design and pre-construction tasks, delivering accurate BIM models and documentation. You will contribute to the development of workflows and standards to improve project delivery.

You will work with construction teams and engineers to implement BIM processes, support clash detection, and drive quality and productivity across multiple project phases.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in CAD or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of reading floor plans, sections, elevations, BIM360, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Revit.
• Ability to model from 2D to 3D and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and coordinate 3‑D object‑oriented models.
• Annotate and detail fabrication and field installation shop drawings.
• Identify model issues and communicate with project team.
