Superior seeks a VDC Project Manager to lead BIM efforts for electrical construction across data centers, higher education, healthcare, and industrial sectors. The role focuses on delivering 2D layouts, 3D models, prefabrication sheets, and install drawings, while maintaining schedule and quality from kickoff through closeout.

The candidate should have 3+ years of VDC/BIM with Bluebeam/Navisworks/Revit, 5+ years in Electrical Design/Construction, and project operations experience in commercial

Qualifications

• 3+ years of VDC/BIM experience with Bluebeam, Navisworks and Revit, plus shop drawings work.
• 5+ years of Electrical Design or Construction as a consulting electrical engineer, designer, or field electrician.
• Project Operations experience on commercial construction projects.
• Bonus: Associate or Bachelor's in Construction Systems Management, Engineering, or related field; Construction Mgmt certificate; or equivalent field experience.
• Bonus: experience on data centers, healthcare, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical BIM project teams with clear scope, deliverables and timelines.
• Own BIM deliverables including 2D layouts, 3D models, prefabrication sheets and install drawings.
• Review design drawings, specifications and BIM execution plans.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet quality standards and project schedule.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Operations and Field Operations; perform regular jobsite walks.
• Manage BIM-related project finances including budget tracking and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to customers.
• Build client trust through responsive communication and collaboration.
