Job summary

BMWC Constructors in Indianapolis is seeking a Virtual Design & Construction Project Manager to lead project coordination, manage digital models, and advance BIM standards. You will work closely with engineers, designers, architects, owners, and trade partners to deliver accurate construction documents and models.

This office role requires collaborative leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to guide complex workflows while improving VDC processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of design experience or 5–10 years without degree.
• Strong knowledge of BIM tools and design workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage digital models for design and construction.
• Oversee 3D models throughout the project lifecycle to meet requirements.
• Lead coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Manage design team workload, schedules, and performance.
• Coordinate shop drawings, quantity extraction, and cost planning.
• Provide technical leadership and BIM workflow guidance.
