Clark Construction Group is seeking a Virtual Design & Construction Project Engineer to manage technical and engineering aspects of projects and support model management. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a VDC engineer/coordinator, Project Engineer or a similar role in construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in BIM/VDC software used at Clark (Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Synchro/Fuzor, Assemble, Sketchup).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with drive to pursue continued education in VDC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VDC Manager to design and implement VDC strategy across design through turnover.
• Support model coordination with Architectural, MEPTF, Civil, and other disciplines; assist site logistics planning.
• Identify and manage constructability issues; notify parties of issues and RFIs to support resolution.
• Oversee BIM coordination plan/schedule enforcement on projects; participate in client presentations.
• Assist with BIM workflows, QA/QC, and value proposition realization across projects.
• Review technical VDC project setup, including laser scans and sUAS data integration.
• Facilitate BIM meetings and MEP coordination sessions; engage with job sites regularly.
• Promote collaboration among VDC personnel; share best practices and lessons learned.
• Contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives related to VDC/BIM.
