Job summary

AG&E Associates seeks a driven Virtual Design and Construction Manager to lead the company’s BIM/VDC initiatives. You will coordinate multidisciplinary models, oversee clash detection, and ensure alignment with company standards to drive project efficiency and reduce field issues.

The role requires leadership experience and advanced BIM tools proficiency, with a focus on constructability and proactive coordination across engineering, detailing, and project management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, BIM Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in BIM/VDC, model coordination, or construction tech.
• 3+ years in leadership or management.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead model coordination across structural, precast, and steel disciplines.
• Ensure design models, precast, and steel fabrication models stay aligned.
• Coordinate model exchanges, version control, and information management throughout projects.
