Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned VDC Lead to advance digital construction practices in the Advanced Manufacturing group across U.S. projects, with proximity to Corpus Christi, TX. You will drive BIM execution and coordinate 3D/4D/5D tasks, aligning design and field objectives.

You will mentor teams, create training materials, and supervise on-site VDC activities, ensuring efficient model delivery and digital workflows throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in VDC/BIM within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of BIM technologies and their application in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC/BIM execution across projects from design to construction.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for EPCM.
• Coordinate 3D, 4D, and 5D deliverables including laser scan data and Scan-to-BIM.
• Manage Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and clash resolution meetings.
• Provide on-site leadership and field support for digital delivery processes.
