Qualifications

• Understand building construction, engineering, and/or architecture.
• Experience with BIM software programs and technology.
• Thrive in a team environment and produce independent work.
• Curious, forward-thinking mindset to push innovative ideas in daily tasks.
• Able to multi-task and deliver parallel successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Create virtual simulations to validate site logistics, safety concerns, sequencing, scheduling, and VR experiences.
• Manage 3D coordination activities with operation teams from kickoff through closeout.
• Perform preconstruction model tasks—quality verifications, schedule validations, constructability reviews, and virtual mock-ups.
