Job summary

Pogue Construction Company is seeking a VDC Engineer to join their Virtual Design & Construction team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on BIM/VDC experience and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. This role includes leading BIM coordination on large projects and ensuring the integration of VDC processes into daily operations.

The VDC Engineer will develop and manage BIM models, support project management, and foster relationships with trade partners, contributing to Pogue’s reputation in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on BIM/VDC experience in a commercial construction environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle BIM coordination on projects $100M+.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate clash detection and resolution processes with project teams.
• Develop, manage, and deliver BIM models and VDC documentation.
• Train and mentor field teams on VDC tools and processes.
