ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a VDC Director to lead long‑term strategy and the VDC regional team. You will drive data‑driven decisions, oversee BIM projects, and ensure clear customer communications for successful outcomes.

This hybrid role requires a strong track record in leadership, strategic development, and electrical construction BIM. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and collaborate across multi‑discipline teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 12+ years of electrical construction experience in BIM, design/build estimating and VDC, with 5+ years of people management.
• Proficient in Autodesk-based modeling apps (Revit), Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of electrical code, contracts, plans, and budgeting.
• Experience establishing budgets, negotiating with vendors and building strong relationships.
• Hands-on project leadership across project life cycle with strategic vision.

Responsabilités

• Establish strategy and processes for VDC activities across business development, marketing, pursuits, and client opportunities.
• Direct and supervise project activities for quality, schedules, and performance standards.
• Manage in-house 3D models and VDC budgets, integrating with project teams and leadership.
• Develop BIM execution and staffing plans and provide leadership on VDC capabilities.
• Oversee deliverables quality, documentation and progress reporting to clients and partners.
• Create and manage annual budgets and adapt company procedures and policies.
