This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on driving consistency, strengthening execution, and advancing how VDC supports project delivery across large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BIM/VDC professionals
• Standardize workflows and improve consistency across projects
• Partner with operations and field teams to integrate VDC into execution
• Oversee coordination, modeling, and constructability efforts
