ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a VDC Director in Minneapolis to lead the VDC strategy, BIM execution, and team performance across projects. You will guide budgets, schedules, and client communications to deliver high-quality results.

You will manage a cross-functional team, drive continuous improvement through LEAN practices, and mentor staff while aligning with company goals and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of electrical construction experience in BIM, design/build estimating and VDC, with 5+ years of experience directly managing people.
• Proficient in Autodesk-based modeling/management applications such as Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, costs, systems, market conditions/trends, and electrical codes; ability to read plans and specs.
• Experience in budgets, negotiation, and vendor communications; ability to plan and drive financials.
• Hands-on project management leadership; thorough understanding of the project life cycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

• Directs project activities for quality, schedules, and standards.
• Manages in-house 3D models and VDC budgets; aligns with project teams.
• Develops BIM execution and staffing plans; provides leadership on VDC capabilities.
• Oversees deliverables, documentation, and progress reporting to partners and clients.
• Builds budgets and maintains company-wide financials; implements policies and procedures.
• Fosters relationships with customers, foremen, vendors, and stakeholders; mentors staff.
