Job summary

Accelevation LLC seeks a VDC Designer to drive project success by developing, coordinating, and managing virtual design and construction models for mission-critical infrastructure. You will work with engineering, construction, manufacturing, and project teams to create accurate digital representations and reduce risk.

You will lead 3D modeling in Revit and Forma, perform clash checks with Navisworks, and ensure timely model integration across disciplines while upholding project standards and

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and construction documents.
• Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma for design visualization and analysis.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar PM platforms.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage 3D models using Revit and Forma to support design and construction.
• Use Navisworks for clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate model integration across disciplines with project teams.
• Maintain model quality and compliance with project standards.
• Utilize Procore and other PM tools to manage documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve conflicts.
• Present model updates, issues, and recommendations in coordination meetings.
• Support planning with model-based visualization and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support schedule goals.
• Help develop and maintain BIM/VDC standards and workflows.
