Job summary

VEC is a leading construction technology services provider applying Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) to modernize project delivery across the US. The VDC Manager will lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects using VDC—driving innovation and BIM integration to optimize outcomes.

The role requires 3–5+ years in the AEC industry, strong leadership, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Construction Cloud, and Procore. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of AEC industry experience.
• Proficient in BIM coordination and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects using VDC technologies and methodologies.
• Drive innovation by staying current with VDC trends and advocating continuous improvement.
• Oversee BIM integration and digital tools to improve project delivery and collaboration.
• Represent the company in client engagements and industry events.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
