Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a VDC Manager to lead VDC coordination across all project phases. You will support model development, clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and logistics planning for multiple projects, delivering accurate visuals for proposals and client meetings.

The role involves mentoring staff, coordinating with subs and consultants, and integrating VDC workflows into project planning while maintaining standards and quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in architecture, engineering or construction.
• Strong graphic presentation skills.
• Proficiency with BIM/CAD tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage VDC coordination processes across all project phases.
• Support model development, clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and logistics planning.
• Collaborate with operations and preconstruction to integrate VDC workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and implement VDC standards and best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship on VDC technologies and processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for model accuracy.
• Assist in creating presentation graphics for proposals and interviews.
• Ensure all VDC deliverables meet requirements, deadlines and quality.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and VDC/BIM technologies.
