Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a VDC Manager to lead VDC coordination across all project phases, from proposals to completion. This full-time role may be based at a project site or in the office, guiding model development, clash detection, and visualization for client meetings and interviews.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in architecture, engineering, or construction, a bachelor’s degree, and advanced BIM/CAD skills (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, plus 3DS Max, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience within architecture, engineering and/or construction field.
• Excellent graphic presentation skills.
• Proficiency using BIM/CAD tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage VDC coordination processes across all project phases.
• Support project teams with model development, clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and logistics planning.
• Collaborate with operations and preconstruction teams to integrate VDC workflows into project planning and execution.
• Develop, maintain, and implement VDC standards and best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to internal staff on VDC technologies and processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the creation of presentation graphics and technical visuals for proposals, interviews, and client meetings.
• Ensure all VDC deliverables meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to VDC and BIM.
