Job summary

Speckle is seeking a U.S.-based Product Specialist to translate its platform into tangible workflows for complex AEC projects. You will engage VDC directors, BIM managers, and digital delivery leads, owning discovery, tailored demos, and ongoing data- workflow optimization.

You’ll work with the sales team to validate value in customer delivery, translating Speckle’s features into business outcomes. This role blends growth, product, and customer enablement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in VDC, digital delivery, or BIM coordination on live projects.
• Deep familiarity with project data workflows and data handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and tailored demos for pre-sales engagements.
• Advise on project data strategy, BIM execution, and model coordination.
• Build sales enablement materials and reference templates for enterprise pilots.
• Own webinar program with the Growth Office and drive events.
• Provide field intelligence to inform product development and onboarding.
