Job summary

Southland Industries seeks a VDC Specialist to enhance BIM/VDC workflows on project teams. You will support setup, model management, coordination, and data delivery in alignment with company standards.

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers; develop workflows, QA/QC, and technology configurations, with opportunities for leadership within Virtual Design and Construction.

Qualifications

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with quick learning ability.
• Effective communication across disciplines.
• Experience with BIM/VDC tools and platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support VDC project execution, coordination, and problem resolution.
• Assist with model setup, sheet management, and submission preparation.
• Maintain and update models to support engineering and constructability.
• Apply standard VDC/workflow processes to projects and document workflows.
