ARIS Solutions in White River Junction, Vermont, is hiring a Veteran Directed Care Data Entry Supervisor. The role oversees payroll operations, trains the VDC Data Entry Team, and coordinates with billing, accounting, and agency partners to ensure accurate timesheets and budgets.

The position emphasizes leadership, data integrity, and strong knowledge of FMS software and payroll platforms, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business/accounting.
• 5+ years data-entry processing experience preferred.
• Data entry or payroll processing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and support VDC Data Entry Team staff.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team environment.
• Understand data-entry rules for Veterans by state/program.
• Oversee and document all data-entry processes for up-to-date resources.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll processing and CYMA systems.
• Liaise with FMS, billing, and agency contacts as needed.
• Ensure program integrity with QA measures.
• Assist Client Support with timesheet questions.
• Support enrollment and budgeting processes with stakeholders.
