Job summary

McGough is seeking a VDC Project Manager to lead BIM execution on complex projects nationwide. You will develop BEPs, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trades, and drive advanced VDC integration.

The role requires 4–6 years of BIM/VDC project experience, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, and hands-on laser scanning. You will mentor junior staff and help expand VDC standards while supporting project teams from planning through project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science.
• 4–6 years of BIM and VDC project experience.
• Advanced proficiency with BIM authoring software (Revit) and 3D coordination tools (Revizto, Navisworks).
• Experience planning laser scanning and creating deliverables from scan data.

Responsibilities

• Develop BEPs and BEP execution with project teams.
• Create 3D models for site logistics and 4D planning.
• Lead 3D coordination across disciplines and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior VDC staff and promote VDC standards.
• Train teams on VDC deliverables and software.
