Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking a VDC Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) activities across projects. You will implement BIM tasks per the BEP, maintain VDC content, and support marketing and estimating efforts.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in an AEC field and at least 2 years of BIM/VDC experience. Travel is required; Proficiency with Revizto, laser scanning, and 4D/5D tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent AEC industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM execution and supporting VDC planning and implementation at the project level.
• Experience setting up and managing projects in Revizto.
• Familiarity with laser scanning, including planning, data processing, and deliverable creation.
• Part 107 certification preferred; experience using drones and associated software to support project documentation.
• Experience with 360 photo platforms and understanding of progress-tracking best practices.
• Experience with 4D/5D phasing and animation using Fuzor, Synchro Pro, or similar software.
• Experience contributing to virtual mockups and project team collaboration.
• Familiarity with programming tools such as Dynamo or Python.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM and VDC tasks as defined in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Maintain VDC content and standards.
• Contribute to marketing and estimating efforts as assigned.
