Job summary

McGough is seeking a VDC Project Manager to lead BIM Execution Plans and drive VDC integration across projects. This role blends technical BIM delivery with field collaboration to optimize constructability and schedule.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of BIM/VDC project experience, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, plus 4D/5D modeling. This national travel position offers growth, mentoring, and a path to advance rigorous digital delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent AEC industry experience.
• 4-6 years of experience planning and executing BIM and VDC at the project level.
• Advanced proficiency with BIM authoring software (Revit) and 3D coordination tools (Revizto/Navisworks).
• Experience planning and executing laser scanning and delivering from scan data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Ensure partner accountability aligns with BEP and project schedule.
• Develop 3D models for site logistics and 4D phase planning.
• Create 2D/3D/4D/5D deliverables using Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Fuzor.
• Lead 3D coordination efforts across projects of various scales.
• Mentor junior VDC personnel and promote VDC best practices.
