Job summary

McGough is seeking a VDC Project Manager to develop and execute BIM Execution Plans across complex projects. You will lead BEP creation, 3D modeling for site logistics, and 4D/5D coordination with design teams, subcontractors, and field staff.

The role requires 4–6 years of BIM/VDC project experience and proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, and related tools. Travel across the US may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent AEC experience.
• 4–6 years planning and executing BIM and VDC at the project level.
• Advanced proficiency with BIM authoring software (Revit) and 3D coordination tools (Revizto, Navisworks).
• Experience planning and executing laser scanning and delivering scan data.

Responsibilities

• Develop BEPs and BIM Execution Plans with project teams.
• Create 3D models for site logistics and 4D planning.
• Lead 3D coordination across design disciplines and trades.
• Mentor junior VDC staff and support project teams.
• Train teams on access and use of VDC deliverables.
• Manage VDC content libraries and standard work.
