Job summary

The role oversees VDC-related team members and subcontractors, ensuring accurate data implementation and clear communication among all project stakeholders while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preconstruction coordination and other VDC efforts.
• Assist with reports regarding the coordination efforts of the project.
• Resolve conflicts with subcontractors.
• Review the owner contract for all references to VDC and BIM requirements.
• Prepare the VDC/BIM portion of the contract and communicate project needs during procurement.
• Oversee coordination performance and maintain client/design/consultant relationships.
