Job summary

PCL Buildings Inc. is seeking a highly motivated VDC Manager to support a national data center business unit. This role requires leading multidiscipline BIM processes, coordinating design and construction teams, and shaping digital workflows across districts.

You will drive VDC strategy and ensure model integrity across projects. With 8–10 years in construction and 4–5 years in VDC, you will manage staffing, budgets, and proposals while collaborating with Estimating and design teams to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in buildings-industry (AEC).
• 8–10 years construction-related experience including 4–5 years in VDC/ BIM.
• Strong understanding of construction sequences and technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensures multidiscipline construction models are current and modeling standards are met.
• Manages staffing resources and budgets for new pursuits and projects.
• Participates in project interviews and proposals related to VDC and integrated tech.
• Supports setup, management, and best practices of digital workflows.
• Coordinates and manages trade detailing and design deliverables.
• Liaises between design and construction teams.
