Job summary

Swinerton Energy, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to manage the Virtual Design and Construction modeling process. The position ensures projects are completed on time and budget. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of construction technologies and supervising the VD&C team.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of AutoCAD, and proficiency in Revit, alongside excellent communication skills. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of and direct support experience in AutoCAD required.
• Proficiency in Revit and Vico Constructor Software is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Virtual design and construction modeling process to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Lead and drive implementation of technologies on large-scale construction projects.
• Supervise and manage the VD&C team according to company policy.
