Swinerton Energy, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Design & Construction Manager to oversee the modeling process and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.

You will drive the adoption of VD&C technologies on major projects, supervise the VD&C team, and collaborate with IT, MEP, and project controls to maintain BIM standards. The role requires strong communication skills, leadership, and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Vico, and Navisworks.

Qualifikationen

• Two to three years in architecture, engineering, mechanical systems, or construction in a management/supervisory role.
• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit, Vico Constructor Software.
• Experience with Navisworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management, communication and multi-tasking skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Update models with on-site VD&C staff to reflect as-built conditions.
• Lead the implementation of VD&C technologies on large-scale projects.
• Manage, train and supervise the VD&C team.
• Lead clash detection and RFI resolution with project teams in preconstruction.
• Direct 4D scheduling with BIM models and project schedules.
• Support BIM and VDC production ops, Revit, Vico, CAD tools with IT/MEP/Project Controls staff.
• Develop training material and conduct BIM training.
