Amazon is seeking a Principal Startup Investor Manager (VC) in the AWS Worldwide Startups group. You will lead strategic investor relationships, shape engagement frameworks, and guide portfolio companies leveraging AWS cloud and AI capabilities to accelerate growth.

You will synthesize market signals for leadership, define evaluation criteria, and collaborate across AWS Startups, Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver scalable programs and partnerships.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Ability to evaluate and guide early-stage and scaling companies.
• Deep understanding of technical architectures and generative AI technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in developing and executing business initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in business or technical management, or equivalent years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy for AWS's strategic investor relationships across the region and lead top fund relationships.
• Define repeatable engagement frameworks and segmentation models for the investor portfolio.
• Build mechanisms to route high-potential portfolio companies to AWS teams at scale.
• Synthesize market signals into a view informing product and GTM strategy for senior leadership.
• Set evaluation criteria and market thesis guiding prioritization of engagement with startups.
• Serve as senior technical advisor to portfolio companies on cloud and AI strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across AWS Startups, Sales, Marketing, and Product.
