Job summary

The University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB) invites visionary, data-driven, and collaborative leaders to apply for the position of Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management. Reporting directly to the Chancellor and serving as a key member of the Chancellor’s Cabinet, this executive leader will guide enrollment strategy and student success across the full lifecycle.

  • Development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of a comprehensive enrollment strategy.
  • Lead recruitment and admissions, financial aid, registrar / records & registration (enrollment lifecycle).
  • Represent USCB at system, regional, state, and national levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all Enrollment Management operations.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of a comprehensive enrollment strategy.
  • Drive execution of the University’s strategic enrollment plan, achieving annual headcount and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate across academic and administrative units to align enrollment strategy with institutional priorities.
  • Utilize analytics and forecasting to monitor trends, evaluate performance, and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Represent USCB at the system, regional, state, and national levels.
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders.
  • Advise the Chancellor and senior leadership on emerging trends and policy changes affecting enrollment.
