Job summary

Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners is seeking a Data Analyst to help organize, validate, and transform data from multiple practice management systems into reliable, actionable information. You will contribute to building a centralized data warehouse and delivering dashboards for leadership across locations.

The role interfaces with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to translate business questions into analyses and reporting that drive smarter decisions in a growing healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with data warehouses like BigQuery, Azure, Redshift.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Proficient in BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).
• Ability to validate and reconcile data across sources.
• Healthcare, multi-location experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain normalized data schemas for key business and operational metrics.
• Build and maintain data extraction processes from multiple Practice Management Systems across locations.
• Develop validation processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile data within the centralized data warehouse against existing reporting.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Support development and maintenance of the centralized data warehouse.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing and other departments to translate reporting needs.
• Identify inconsistencies and trends and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Document data sources, definitions, processes, and reporting logic.
• Support ongoing improvements to the data infrastructure as the organization grows.
