Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Business and Data Analyst to join remotely nationwide. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Platform tools to enable stakeholder self-service, and you will design metrics for financial and operational performance of new products and services.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data definitions and business rules, ensure data quality, and deliver dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Technology, or equivalent.
1–3 years of data analysis experience in healthcare programs.
Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) preferred.
Experience with Tableau and other BI tools preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Platform solutions, and other tech tools enabling stakeholder self-service.
Design and develop metrics and reports around financial and operational performance of new products and services.
Consult with stakeholders to capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
Design and develop clear reports and dashboards for leaders on financial and operational metrics.
Lead data requests and support financial tracking and reporting.
