Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ARS division seeks a VAVE Division Engineering Manager in Peachtree City, GA, to own the Value Analysis/Value Engineering roadmap aligned with the NPI Tech Roadmap. You will work with design, manufacturing, and procurement to drive product improvements and optimize costs while maintaining performance.

The role emphasizes leading engineering teams, driving cross-site VE projects, and applying DFSS tools to ensure value creation and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum seven years of engineering responsibility including project management.
Minimum three years of experience managing of an engineering team.

No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA or Peachtree City, GA.

Responsibilities

Develop and own Tech Roadmap for VAVE – blended with NPI Tech Roadmap.
Conduct analyses of existing products to identify improvements in design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Deliver projects resulting in optimized design, manufacturing processes, and cost structures to enhance value.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead VE ideation events across divisional sites and strategic suppliers to meet yearly savings objectives.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and procurement teams to implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
