Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a VAVE Division Engineering Manager to lead value analysis/value engineering initiatives across sites and strategic suppliers in the Moon Township, PA and Peachtree City, GA areas. The role focuses on developing a technical roadmap, analyzing products for cost and manufacturing improvements, and delivering projects that improve performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 7+ years of engineering responsibility with 3+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum seven (7) years of engineering responsibility including project management.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience managing an engineering team.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Tech Roadmap for VAVE with NP I Tech Roadmap integration.
• Lead value engineering initiatives across divisional sites and strategic suppliers.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and procurement to implement cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain documentation of VE projects and cost savings.
• Mentor cross-site engineers and promote DFSS tools.
