Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a VAVE Division Engineering Manager to drive value engineering initiatives across sites, lead a cross-functional team, and own the technology roadmap. The role focuses on improving product design, material choices, and manufacturing processes to achieve year-over-year savings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
7+ years of engineering responsibility including project management.
3+ years of experience managing an engineering team.
Open to candidates within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA; immigration sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the Tech Roadmap for VAVE and NPI Tech Roadmap.
Analyze existing products to identify design, material, and process improvements.
Deliver cost-optimized product design and manufacturing processes.
Lead value engineering initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Document cost savings and performance impact of changes.
