Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker & Driver to join our Vault Operations team in Columbia, MD. You will safeguard client assets and manage vault storage, while performing routine local pickups and deliveries.

The role emphasizes secure handling, accuracy, and reliable transportation within our supply chain. Candidates should meet licensing and physical requirements and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid non-CDL license and a consistently good driving record.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins up to 350 pounds; stairs and ladders.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vault storage with accurate placement and retrieval of sensitive items.
• Perform daily local pickups and deliveries of Vault and Data Management materials.
• Handle secure materials, including loading, unloading, sorting to ensure efficient workflow.
