Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker & Driver to join our Vault Operations team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding and managing our clients' most confidential physical assets both inside our facility and on the move. You will balance secure vault organization with timely route pickups, ensuring absolute accuracy and trust at every point of the supply chain.
Manage vault storage: Maintain orderly, accurate placement and retrieval of sensitive physical records and media within the secure vault environment.
Execute transport routes: Perform daily local pickups and deliveries of Vault and Data Management materials safely and efficiently.
Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid non CDL driving license and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
Route Experience: At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
Physical requirements: The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
Communication Skills: Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.
Rate: 23 $/hour
14 paid days off (7 paid holidays plus 2 weeks paid vacation) plus sick pay.
