Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Early Morning Driver/ Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for precise processing, scanning, and movement of physical assets to ensure seamless order fulfillment within our underground facility.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift and move ~40 pounds. Valid driver's license and MVR check are required. Schedule: 4am–12:30pm, Mon–Fri, in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a warehouse, physical atmosphere, or service-oriented, team-focused environment.
• Knowledge of basic computer systems and the ability to navigate digital tracking tools for order processing.
• Proven ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and moving boxes averaging 40 pounds in an underground setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck for part of the job.
• Manage dock organization and unloading of boxes.
• Inbounding and tracking assets with barcode scans in the Safekeeper system.
• Process and track incoming and outgoing assets to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve order discrepancies and prepare bundles for shipping.
• Maintain safety and security standards and prepare paperwork as required.
