Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker & Driver to join our Vault Operations team. In this role, you will safeguard and manage our clients' confidential physical assets inside our facility and during transport.

Responsibilities include vault storage, daily route pickups, and secure material handling. The position requires a valid license, strong driving record, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid driving license and good driving record.
• Background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• At least 1 year of route transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds and push/pull 25–350 pounds; walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and clear verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage vault storage: maintain orderly, accurate placement and retrieval of sensitive physical records and media within the secure vault environment.
• Execute transport routes: daily local pickups and deliveries of Vault and Data Management materials safely and efficiently.
• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items to ensure efficient workflow.
