Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our Transportation team.
As a vital member of our field operations team, you will have the opportunity to safeguard and deliver essential assets while serving as the face of Iron Mountain along your route. You will play a key role in supporting customer operations by executing safe, dependable, and high-touch transportation services across your community.
Vehicle Operation: Safely operate and maintain company vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and security procedures.
Equipment Handling & Palletization: Carefully stack, palletize, load, and transport various customer assets and IT equipment, including laptops, scanners, printers, and hardware, to designated location.
Collaborate for Service: Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service
Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements.
At least 1 year of route transportation or logistics experience (preferred).
Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, push/pull loads between 25 and 350 pounds, and comfortably navigate stairs, inclines, and physical movement throughout the day.
Strong knowledge of safe driving techniques paired with strong customer service and communication skills.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour.

Reasonably expected salary range: $46,800.00 - $58,500.00
