Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse/Record Center Specialist to join the Operations team. You will maintain the security and integrity of customer assets while efficiently processing and managing secure storage containers within our record center.

Key duties include processing orders via Safekeeper, lifting up to 60 pounds, and upholding strict security standards. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule in Eagan, MN with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or records center.
• Strong knowledge of data entry and inventory tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
• English reading, writing, and communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders using the Safekeeper system to scan barcodes and locations, handling ~200 secure storage boxes daily.
• Execute physical logistics including loading/unloading trailers, moving, weighing, sorting, and disassembling items with appropriate tools.
• Maintain a clean, secure work area and safeguard customer information at all times.
