The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Vascular/Endovascular/Thoracic Clinical Coordinator who combines advanced clinical nursing skills with operational leadership. You will oversee resource utilization, patient throughput, and collaboration with physicians to maintain efficient surgical schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire.
• RN license in Ohio.
• CNOR or OR certification.
• Minimum three years OR experience in vascular/endovascular/thoracic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Improve resource utilization of people, supplies, and facilities.
• Direct daily unit activities to facilitate patient flow.
• Participate in initiatives to optimize operating room performance.
• Evaluate nursing practice related to plan of care.
• Scrub and circulate in vascular, endovascular, and thoracic surgeries.
• Procure and maintain supplies; work in the hybrid room and with robotic thoracic surgery.
• Maintain physician preference cards for vascular/endovascular/thoracic surgery.
• Monitor OR cleanliness and equipment performance.
