Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible compact state.
• Diploma or Associate Degree in nursing; BSN encouraged.
• All RN without a Bachelor's degree must enroll in an approved RN to BSN program within two years and complete within five years.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow and coordinates activities and communication for the clinical area during assigned shift.
• Serves as a resource and leader for patients, staff, healthcare providers, administration and other disciplines.
• Organizes work with input from patients/families using sound clinical judgement and resources.
• Supervises and delegates tasks to nursing staff and care partners as applicable.
