Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years selling peripheral vascular medical devices.
• Experience with disruptive technology/start-up or product launching companies.
• Ability to educate and influence physicians and staff with value-based selling.
• Communicate economic impact to clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through territory management.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians and staff around vascular therapies using a clinical sales approach.
• Maintain superior clinical knowledge of products, indications, and techniques.
• Travel throughout the territory to call on hospital customers and educate on disease and procedures.
• Lead new product introductions through an account’s VAC process.
• Connect physicians across markets to share data and techniques.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
