You will lead formal presentations to physicians and administrators, promote product adoption, and relay field feedback to product teams. A strong background in medical devices and sales is essential, with high travel (70%).

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or 6 years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years related medical device experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate customers.
• Maintain certifications and vendor credentials.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong presentation and teaching abilities across settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical demos and instruction for company products in healthcare facilities.
• Deliver formal presentations to physicians and administrators highlighting clinical/financial benefits.
• Promote and increase usage of products within customer facilities.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to Product Development and Marketing.
• Represent Stryker at trade shows and educational meetings; complete required reports.
• Provide product education and support to users in person or via written/verbal channels.
