Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration (CVR) is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures, operate ultrasound equipment, and help deliver high-quality patient care. The role supports a schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts, and includes travel to multiple NJ sites as needed.

• New Jersey North PRN Float: must cover Hackensack, North Bergen, Union, Morristown, Kearny, and Woodland Park locations

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures following standards to produce images and measurements aiding diagnosis
• Operates ultrasound equipment daily with high ethical standards and seeks knowledge on venous disease
• Produces diagnostically sound images with hemodynamic data for physician interpretation
• Provides compassionate, high-quality patient care

Responsibilities:

• The Vascular Technologist performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures following professional, technical standard and company specific protocols to produce sonographic images and measurements that assist in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease.
• The Vascular Technologist is responsible for the daily operating of ultrasound equipment, while always maintaining a high standard of medical ethics and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of venous disease.
• The Technologist should be capable of producing diagnostically sound images with hemodynamic data for physician interpretation.
• Performs all task necessary to provide a compassionate and caring environment, while promoting excellent patient care.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:

• Associates Degree (preferred)
• Completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or Cardiovascular Technology Program (Noninvasive Vascular Study)
• New Jersey North PRN Float: Must be able to cover in the following locations-Hackensack, North Bergen, Union, Morristown, Kearny, and Woodland Park, NJ
• 10 hour shifts, typically 6:45am - 5:30pm - PRN as needed
