Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration (CVR) is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease. You will operate ultrasound equipment and generate quality images for physician interpretation, adhering to CVR protocols and professional standards.

The role is part-time in Horsham, PA with no nights or on-call shifts, travel up to 50%, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health, 401k, PTO, and CME

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (preferred).
• Completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or Cardiovascular Technology Program (Noninvasive Vascular Study).
• Able to travel to CVR clinics in PA and NJ up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• The Vascular Technologist performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures following professional, technical standards and CVR protocols to produce sonographic images and measurements.
• Manages daily operation of ultrasound equipment with high medical ethics and a drive to expand knowledge of venous disease.
• Produces diagnostically sound images with hemodynamic data for physician interpretation.
• Provides a compassionate, caring environment while promoting excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• The Vascular Technologist performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures following professional, technical standard and company specific protocols to produce sonographic images and measurements that assist in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disease.
• The Vascular Technologist is responsible for the daily operating of ultrasound equipment, while always maintaining a high standard of medical ethics and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of venous disease.
• The Technologist should be capable of producing diagnostically sound images with hemodynamic data for physician interpretation.
• Performs all task necessary to provide a compassionate and caring environment, while promoting excellent patient care.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:

• Associates Degree (preferred)
• Completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or Cardiovascular Technology Program (Noninvasive Vascular Study)
• Able to travel to CVR Clinics in PA and NJ South:Edison, East Brunswick, Lakewood, Hamilton, Freehold, Northfield NJ; Horsham, Bensalem, KOP, Wayne PA.
• Part-Time, 2 10-hour shifts during Monday-Thursday-days vary weekly
