Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical appointments, referrals, and pre-visit activities.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for patients and care teams.
• Manage provider schedules, including template adjustments and cancellation management.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants to ensure proper scheduling for clinic visits and procedures.
• Work with Revenue Cycle Operations to secure authorizations and inform patients about costs.
• Oversee surgical services activities, including scheduling, rescheduling, and pre- to post-operative steps.
• Complete and track pre-operative orders (labs, imaging, consults).
• Monitor the surgical schedule to optimize operating room blocks and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain accurate scheduling documentation.
