Qualifications

• Proficiency with Epic and related scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical and procedural cases accurately within Epic and related systems.
• Validate provider orders for completeness and correct CPT/ICD-10 codes.
• Obtain and verify patient demographics, clinical and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and precertification requirements.
• Coordinate authorizations, notifications, and precertifications as required.
• Pre-register patients and ensure necessary documentation is complete.
