Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical procedures, testing, appointments, and interventional encounters.
• Schedule procedures and manage physician calendars to avoid conflicts.
• Communicate appointment details and prep instructions to patients.
• Coordinate pre-operative requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate post-operative care and follow-up.
• Ensure insurance eligibility and pre-authorizations.
• Contact dialysis units regarding appointments, results, and coordination.
• Open the access center and maintain patient charts and records.
